PJ has counseled prominent organizations such as ABB, ABB Wireless, Astec Power, APC, Eaton, Honeywell, International Battery, Lee Technologies, Mitsubishi UPS, Tropos Networks, VYCON and the University of California at San Diego among many others. “I’m very fortunate to work with some of the best and brightest engineering and marketing minds from a variety of industries.”
PJ was also instrumental in helping bring LEGOLAND to Carlsbad, Calif. As a quiet seaside community, residents were afraid of the park and petitioned against it not understanding the educational nature of LEGOLAND. Through education and inviting support from influential dignitaries, residents’ minds were changed. Today, LEGOLAND California is enjoyed by children and adults alike from Carlsbad and from around the world.
Within her vast portfolio, work that she is especially proud of was her involvement with the POW/MIA Liberty Alliance. During Operation Desert Storm, when the first Camp Pendleton marine pilots were shot down in Iraq, the wife of one of those pilots formed the non-profit Alliance to help put pressure on the Iraqi government to adhere to the Geneva Convention. To get media attention, PJ led an exhaustive and emotional public relations launch that included asking people to write letters to the Iraqi ambassador for the release of the POWs. Through press conferences that included the national and international press, people became more informed about the Geneva Convention and thousands of letters from adults and children were written and sent to the Iraqi ambassador. We think the efforts paid off as those first POW’s came home – alive.
PJ has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from MUST University’s School of Business and Management. PJ has also been instructed in Six Sigma and Lean Principal manufacturing processes. Of special note is PJ’s vast experience and work with power quality and renewable technologies. PJ is an accomplished writer and has been published in numerous data center, IT Networking, engineering, electrical, power and renewable trade publications.
