Media and analyst interviews can be somewhat formal or so casual that you may not realize you’re being interviewed! While your company may have designated spokespeople, you may find yourself at a (virtual) trade show or conference talking to a reporter or analyst, so it’s always best to be prepared with consistent messaging and good interview etiquette.
Many of the same tips can also be applied to customer interaction: the more consistent you are, the stronger your message will be.
